Physical characterization of miRNA/ELP complexes. a The turbidity profiles of the miRNA/ELP complexes (red) were assessed at 350 nm, with a temperature increase of 1 °C/min, and compared with those of naïve ELPs (black) at various temperatures. To validate the stable condensation of miRNA/ELP complexes, nanoparticle size was determined using dynamic light scattering (DLS) at 24 °C.
